We have three manufacturing facilities of which one is exclusively dedicated to aerospace. All facilities are certified to ISO 9001 : 2015, automotive is certified for IATF 16949 : 2016 and our aerospace facility to AS 9100 Rev D. In the pipeline, are two projects for aerospace and industrial manufacturing.

Engineering Services
Our teams support customers with all required documentation, control and inspection plans, programming and Computer Aided Machining (CAM).
Project Management
Our technical team is involved from product development through to final project delivery. They use audited, systematic processes and pull from a wealth of diverse production methods.
CNC/Manual Capabilities
Zenith is a trusted source for precision short run and production run products. We specialise in prismatic and turnmill parts, offer 3,4 and 5 axis machining capabilities as well as manual support equipment.
In-house Finishing
Value-added finishing services offered within our units include: Vibratory, Sandering, Ultrasonic Cleaning, CNC/laser Engraving and Light Assembly.
Outsourced Finishing
We have identified finishing services close to our units to carry out Plating, Powder Coating, Bead Blasting and anything else our customers request.
Inspection
Our in-house custom inspection equipment includes: 3D CMMVMS | Profile Projector, Surface Roughness | Full array of Gauges (Thread and Plug) and manual measuring instruments.
Inventory Management
We can manage consignment, kanban, safety stock, and supplier agreements to ensure short lead times. Vendor managed investory (VMI) and warehousing services (3PL) are also offered, if required.
